At Chess, we want you to make the right move with every purchase; if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel to ensure fast processing.
Ship the Parcel
Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
